Our Early Bird Blend is a tribute and a testament to our commitment to quality and sustainability. Named in honor of the perseverance and dedication to conservation that our premier partner farm, Los Tarrales Natural Reserve, located in Patulul, Guatemala, pours its heart and soul into. This beautiful farm has a family heritage of conservation dating back to the 1940s and is globally renowned for its birdlife and Indigenous fauna harmoniously intertwined with specialty coffee production and eco-tourism.

This washed-process coffee is a single-origin blend of three beautiful varieties: Caturra, Gesha, and Straube-15, carefully selected to represent the beauty of the farm and its surroundings. The Caturra beans bring the brightness and intensity of nature, the Gehsa beans, with their floral notes, showcase delicate beauty, and Straube-15, a descendant of Typica, offers familial warmth. In this beautifully exotic and balanced cup, you'll find notes of green mango and Suriname cherry brought to life with a lively and crisp acidity reminiscent of green apple.
