This exceptional Pacamara coffee offers a refined balance of sweetness and acidity, with a complex profile of floral and fruity notes. Grown at high altitudes above 1,200 meters, Pacamara develops into a vibrant and beautifully balanced cup.

Tasting Notes
A delightful fruity aroma opens the experience, followed by hints of cacao and apple-like fruit notes. A sweet caramel finish, medium acidity, and silky body come together to create an elegant and balanced cup.

      Brew gently as a pour-over or drip coffee to reveal it's floral complexity, bright fruit character, and refined silky body created by the wonderful and rich Guatemala terroir.

      How we recommend to brew it

      For the best experience, we recommend brewing it as a pour-over, Chemex, or drip coffee to fully appreciate its floral aromatics, bright fruit character, and silky body. Use fresh, filtered water at 92–96°C (197–205°F) and a ratio of approximately 1:15 to 1:16 coffee to water for a balanced, elegant cup.

      For espresso preparation, expect a richer expression of cacao, caramel sweetness, and a more concentrated finish.
